Since 1998, Silveroak Capital has been an active, aggressive supplier of capital to the real estate industry. Silveroak Capital primarily advances capital as equity in limited liability companies and limited partnerships or by providing debt by way of California shared appreciation loans.

In 2001, Mark Frazier, President of Silveroak Investment, set up a separate company specifically to provide capital and debt to both existing and start-up builders and developers. 

Silveroak Capital’s management easily separates its own development activities from that of its equity capital partners and borrowers.  No conflicts of interest occur because of Silveroak’s long-standing ethos of a high level of integrity, honesty and absolute transparency in fair dealing.  Frazier calls it his golden rule, “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
